Return Policy

Chic Boutique, Ltd. and want you to be completely satisfied with your selections and will be glad to exchange any items you are not happy with. If for any reason you decide not to keep the jewelry you have selected, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit.

Please call us at 212-319-9233 for a Return Authorization Number, no returns will be accepted without an RA #. Item must be returned unworn and undamaged, in new and resalable condition. You must ship your item pre-paid and insured with the package securely wrapped in the original packaging via a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL or Airborne). Sale items and special orders are non-returnable. Deposits for custom ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.

Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. We will refund the purchase price, shipping and handling is not refundable.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any item. All sales are final after 30 days.


Shipping Policy

Chic Boutique, Ltd. and offers shipping via UPS at prevailing rates. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.


Repair Policy

We will repair any design purchased through Chic Boutique, Ltd. and for one (1) year from date of purchase. Please email for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item has been purchased within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

Please note: Because many of our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we may not be able to repair some styles due to unavailable components.
